Sunday Funday November 2021
Prayers and Praises
Praises for a little more margins of time to prepare and feel ready for December. Prayers for all the end of the year stuff that needs to happen!
Praises for getting to speak at Branywine, Shelbyville, Living Streams, and Brookville Road Community churches while John Snow was here. This was my first time taking the lead and setting up meetings when having people from Brazil visit.
Praises for Awana. Since Caid is busy Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with classes at IUPUI, the girls and I are figuring out what to do with our “girls nights.” Awana has been a really lovely thing for the girls. Sofia loves to shine and learn Bible verses, and this is Jessica’s only time to be in a class by herself (she calls it her school).
Praises for 8 years married! Caid and I had a lovely trip to Bloomington to celebrate. It was freezing and Caid loved it. I made do.
Interweb Reads
From me: Podcast Holidays as Missionaries and A Hard Look at the Haiti Situation. I added a 6th blog (only Thursday is immune) called Saturday Sponsorship. I have integrated all of the Living Stones information to the World Renewal website—except the blog. And so…I put that on my personal site. It has 12 posts so far. I also self-published my book on Amazon, but I haven’t made the official announcement yet, because I am giving it to a bunch of people for Christmas (the same people who would buy it if I announced it).
