Sunday Funday March
April Fools! I’ll pretend it is still March today.
Prayers and Praises
After living in Brazil (which is basically one season year round: hot), I forgot what a lovely surprise and blessing that spring is. There have been some really beautiful, sunshine days that have warmed my soul in places I didn’t know it was even cold. Praise God for the warming weather!
Prayers for Brazil, as their Covid cases and deaths continue to rise, and there is political unrest. Praises and gratefulness that we’ve been able to give almost 2,500 food baskets out to those most in need in rural Brazil.
Praises for many great meetings with churches and individuals about supporting Brazil. I love learning and planning and growing! Sofia enjoyed two weeks of Spring break, and Caid enjoyed one: it reminds us that we are rounding the corner to the last bimester of the year.
Caid celebrated his birthday in many small social bursts that covid allows. We are hopeful that lower numbers in the USA will continue and have our vaccine shot scheduled in April.

This month I started a podcast! The idea is that even though we are in This American Life, we still want to talk about That Missionary Life. There are five episodes and counting. I also enjoyed continuing with the Lent countdown in my devotions.

Women’s Day: it made me sad to see that some of my American friends posted things about how celebrating Women’s day is communistic or Marxist.
